Ive bought a flight but few minutes later Ive found out that I was overcharged. Called customer care immediately and I was told to wait confirmation as they were not able to work on an item not confirmed. Once I got confirmation, called back: sorry your booking is confirmed there is nothing we can do now! IS IT A JOKE?! NEVER EVER trust Volagratis, EVER

I loved the app. Its super easy to work and I love that everything I need to make arrangements for I can do using one app. I wish when I was looking at hotels that there was an easy way to go back to the main list of all available. It seems like I had to do the search from scratch once I clicked on a hotel. Other than that it loaded fine and I am happy that this should save me some time than searching through many websites.

Therere a lot of travel related apps out there, but Bravofly does the job the best!! Quick searches, easy to use interface and the only one that will let you actually BUY your ticket. Ive used a lot of apps that have full websites,but Bravofly provides all those features in this one app.

The best flight comparison app on Appstores. They really understand the users need and have made it very easy to search for flights. They listen to the user, previously had a problem with the app and when I informed the company the issue was sorted very quickly, very impressed.

Ive been using this app for about a year without a problem but this "update" is useless. Doesnt even list the flight I can find everywhere else. So sorry, Bravofly, youve screwed both of us!
